CNC Mate operates on mutual trust between manufacturing facilities and specialized technicians. These standards govern all participants across digital channels and physical factory shop floors.
1. Professional Authenticity
- Maintain accurate personal credentials, genuine business registration, and verified machinery certifications.
- Submit objective feedback: ratings must represent actual shop-floor work. Biased, coercive, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.
2. Respect and Workplace Safety
- Zero tolerance for harassment, verbal abuse, intimidation, or discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or origin.
- Factories must maintain compliant working environments and provide personal protective equipment (PPE). Specialists must adhere to all on-site safety procedures.
- Substance abuse, alcohol, or dangerous items are strictly prohibited on factory premises.
3. Transactional Integrity
- All scheduling, financial settlement, and assignment modifications must be logged through the official CNC Mate application. External private deals forfeit deposit security, dispute arbitration, and refund guarantees.
- Do not circumvent platform mechanisms or solicit private off-platform payments.
4. Property and Technical Confidentiality
- Exercise utmost care with industrial machinery, CNC controllers, precision tooling, and production materials.
- All proprietary engineering drawings, CAD/CAM models, G-code programs, and production parameters observed on site must remain strictly confidential.
5. Compliance Enforcement
Violations may result in formal warnings, review suppression, search visibility demotion, account suspension, or referral to legal authorities where warranted. Concerns can be flagged through the in-app booking console or sent directly to cncsupport@zyvarah.com.
