This policy governs the disbursement schedule, security holds, and banking transfer procedures for machine specialists on the CNC Mate platform.
1. Earnings Credit to In-App Wallet
Upon daily work approval by the employer (or automatic clearance 24 hours post-completion), net take-home earnings (agreed rate less platform commission and applicable statutory GST) are credited to your in-app wallet.
As a standard security precaution against unauthorized access, initial withdrawals are accessible after a brief security hold: 24 hours standard, or 48 hours for a newly registered specialist first 3 assignments.
2. Bank Account and UPI Withdrawals
- Disbursements may be routed directly to your verified personal savings account or UPI ID. The beneficiary name must match your government KYC documentation.
- Minimum per-transaction withdrawal: ₹100. Maximum limits: ₹50,000 daily and ₹5,00,000 monthly.
- Payout transfers are dispatched within 24 hours of request submission, typically crediting within standard IMPS / NEFT settlement cycles.
- Whenever new banking details are added or modified, a 48-hour security moratorium applies to protect account funds from account takeover.
3. Disputed Work Days
Funds relating to an actively disputed work day remain in custody hold pending formal resolution within 72 hours. Refer to our Disputes Policy for details.
4. Financial Statements and Taxation
A ledger statement recording all credits, commissions, and transfers is permanently available in the app. Specialists are solely responsible for personal income tax reporting. Where mandated by Indian tax legislation, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be accounted for and reflected in your statement.
