Terms for factories and workshops

Version 2026-10 · Updated 25 October 2026

These terms govern the engagement between manufacturing enterprises and CNC Mate (operated by M.Y. Engineering, a proprietorship of Udhayakumar, Coimbatore, GSTIN 33ABUPU7218D1ZC; developed and supported by Zyvarah Informatics) for discovering and booking precision machining specialists. Registration constitutes agreement with these terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Disputes Policy, and Community Rules. Independent specialists are governed by their respective Specialist Terms.

1. Marketplace Model

CNC Mate operates an industrial technology marketplace. We facilitate discovery, payment custody, and settlement between independent specialists and factory partners. Specialists are self-employed professionals, not employees of M.Y. Engineering, Zyvarah Informatics or the client factory. Payments are collected by M.Y. Engineering through Razorpay, and M.Y. Engineering issues the GST invoices. Each booking establishes a direct commercial agreement for specific machinery execution.

2. Corporate Account Eligibility

  • Authorized representatives must be at least 18 years of age and hold corporate authorization to bind the business.
  • Enterprise legal name, factory addresses, and GSTIN provided must be authentic and verifiable.
  • Employers maintain sole custody of mobile credentials and account access.

3. Assignment Scheduling and Rates

  • Each technician sets their own hourly price. Full quotation, platform fee, and GST are itemized before checkout.
  • Bookings become confirmed upon specialist acceptance and payment authorization within the active reservation window.
  • Overtime hours, scope revisions, or additional days must be logged and authorized through the platform.
  • Formal GST tax invoices are generated for every completed financial transaction.

4. Factory Premises and Work Environment

  • Employers are obligated to provide a safe physical environment, requisite personal protective gear (PPE), and unimpeded access to designated machinery.
  • Gate check-in codes must be revealed strictly upon the specialist physical presence at the specified unit.
  • Employers retain responsibility for workshop equipment, machinery maintenance, and raw materials. Discrepancies must be recorded on the date of occurrence.

5. Daily Completion and Approvals

Following daily work completion, employers must approve the day or submit a formal dispute within 24 hours. In the absence of an employer action within 24 hours, clearance is finalized automatically.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Off-platform solicitation or private payment agreements to circumvent platform fees.
  • Directing specialists toward hazardous, non-compliant, or out-of-scope operations.
  • Discriminatory actions, verbal misconduct, or fraudulent reviews.

7. Mutual Performance Reviews

Specialists and factories exchange reviews after assignment completion. Reviews remain blinded until mutual submission or the lapse of 14 calendar days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Identity and banking records are verified, but CNC Mate does not warrant technical machining output. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability is limited to platform service fees collected on the booking in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts situated in Tamil Nadu, India possess exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
