Delete your CNC Mate account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. It takes a minute in the app, or you can ask us by email.

Delete it yourself

Open CNC Mate and sign in.
Go to More, then tap Delete my account.
Read what happens, type DELETE and confirm.

If money is still in your wallet, on hold for a booking, or on its way to you, the app asks you to finish that first, so nothing is lost.

Without the app · by email

Ask us to delete it

Email cncsupport@zyvarah.com from any address. We send a code to your registered mobile number to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 7 days.

What happens to your data

Deleted

Name and phone number
ID documents and photos
Bank accounts and UPI
Factory unit addresses and your calendar
Notification settings. You are signed out on every phone.

Kept for 8 years, by law

Receipts and GST invoices
Payment and payout records

Indian tax law requires these records. They no longer show your phone number.

You can sign up again later with the same phone number as a new account. Questions? Contact us.
