How you earn
Clear money, before you say yes
You set your own hourly rate, at or above the lowest price for the service.
The factory pays in the app before you start, so the money is already there.
Withdrawals reach your bank within 24 hours. The smallest is ₹100.
Late cancellation by the factory still pays you 10% of the day, or a call-out charge if you had set off.

Factories nearby send requests. You see the work, the time and your take-home amount, and accept or decline.

Do I pay anything to join?
No. Joining is free. A small platform fee and GST on it are taken from each job, and the app shows your exact take-home amount before you accept.
When do I get paid?
When the factory approves the work day, or automatically 24 hours after it ends if they do nothing. After a short safety hold (24 hours, or 48 hours for your first 3 jobs) you can withdraw to your bank or UPI.
Can I choose which jobs to take?
Yes. You decide your free days and hours, and you accept or decline each request. Answer within 2 hours, or 15 minutes for urgent same-day requests.
What if the factory cancels?
More than 24 hours before the start, it is free for them. Closer than that you get 10% of the day, and if you had already set off you get a call-out charge of up to 2 hours’ pay.
What if there is a problem on the day?
A factory has 24 hours to raise a problem, and you can reply with your side and photos. Our team decides within 72 hours.
What happens if I cancel?
The factory gets a full refund and you earn nothing for that day. Cancelling often moves you lower in search, so only accept what you can do.
