Most manufacturing days conclude with mutual sign-off and approval. When issues arise regarding attendance or work execution, CNC Mate applies an objective, evidence-based arbitration process.
1. Raising a Dispute
- The employer may submit a formal dispute through the app within 24 hours of scheduled completion instead of releasing daily approval.
- Specify the ground (e.g. late arrival, premature departure, work discrepancy) along with photographic documentation and context.
- The assigned specialist is formally notified and provided an opportunity to submit counter-evidence, shop logs, and relevant photos.
2. Operational Review and Ruling
- An operations manager reviews gate check-in timestamps, GPS location telemetry, photographic evidence, and communication transcripts.
- A binding resolution is issued within 72 hours: full disbursement to specialist, proportional refund, or full reimbursement to employer.
- Both parties receive a written rationale in their mobile portal, and financial adjustments are executed automatically.
3. Appeals and Redressal
If either party has new material evidence after a formal determination, an appeal may be submitted to our Grievance Officer within 15 calendar days. Legal statutory rights remain unimpaired.
4. Emergency and Physical Safety
In situations involving immediate physical danger or emergency, contact civil emergency services (112) without delay. Thereafter, notify platform incident support at +91 75980 06700.
