These terms govern the participation of independent lathe, CNC, and VMC specialists on CNC Mate (operated by M.Y. Engineering, a proprietorship of Udhayakumar, Coimbatore; developed and supported by Zyvarah Informatics). Registering a specialist account confirms acceptance of these terms, our Privacy Policy, Payouts Policy, Cancellation Policy, Disputes Policy, and Community Rules.
1. Independent Professional Standing
You participate as an autonomous, self-employed machining professional. You are not an employee of M.Y. Engineering, Zyvarah Informatics or the client factory. Your earnings are paid out by M.Y. Engineering through Razorpay. You set your own hourly price, determine calendar availability, and choose which assignment requests to accept.
2. Verification and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in India.
- Mandatory onboarding checks include government photo identity verification, live portrait verification, and a validated bank account in your legal name.
- Specialist machinery capabilities and certifications must be authentic. Personal calendar availability must be maintained actively.
3. Pricing, Commission, and Earnings
- You define your rate per hour, at or above the minimum service floor.
- Applicable platform commission and statutory GST on the commission are deducted from gross booking amounts. The net take-home earnings are explicitly previewed prior to assignment acceptance.
- You retain sole responsibility for personal income tax reporting and payments.
4. Shop-Floor Standards
- Arrive at the designated factory on schedule, log arrival via the mobile application, and verify the work start using the employer check-in code.
- Execute work safely, adhere to factory shop safety regulations, and utilize required personal protective equipment.
- Perform work strictly within the scope agreed in the booking. Extended hours or additional days must be logged within the app.
- Maintain complete technical confidentiality regarding all customer drawings, programs, and part designs.
5. Payout Disbursements
Upon daily work approval (either by the employer or automated clearance after 24 hours), net earnings are credited to your in-app wallet for direct withdrawal to your verified bank account. Refer to our Payouts Policy.
6. Cancellations and Reliability
Cancelling a confirmed assignment initiates an immediate 100% refund to the client enterprise and yields zero compensation for that work day. Unexcused cancellations or failures to report lower search standing and may result in account review.
7. Prohibited Practices
- Soliciting or accepting off-platform compensation from factories connected via CNC Mate.
- Subcontracting or delegating assignments to unverified third parties.
- Equipment abuse, safety non-compliance, or fraudulent reviews.
8. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction
To the extent permissible under Indian law, platform liability is limited to platform service fees collected on the applicable booking. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
