This Privacy Policy explains how CNC Mate (operated by M.Y. Engineering (a proprietorship of Udhayakumar, Coimbatore, GSTIN 33ABUPU7218D1ZC), and developed, published and supported by Zyvarah Informatics) collects, processes, protects, and retains personal and business information. This policy governs the CNC Mate mobile application, administrative interfaces, and web presence in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Who is responsible for your data

M.Y. Engineering runs CNC Mate as a business, collects payments and decides how personal data is used (the Data Fiduciary). Zyvarah Informatics builds, hosts, maintains and publishes the CNC Mate app on Google Play, and runs customer support, on behalf of M.Y. Engineering. Zyvarah processes personal data only to provide these services.

2. Disclosure and Data Sharing

Counterparties: Information is shared solely as required to fulfill bookings. Employers receive specialist verified name, skills, rates, and rating. Specialists receive factory enterprise name, address, and contact access only after payment confirmation.
Authorized Operations Staff: Access is restricted based on administrative clearance (e.g. KYC reviewers inspect identity cards). All administrative access is logged.
Enterprise Service Providers: Regulated payment partners (Razorpay), cloud infrastructure hosts within India, and SMS/notification gateways under strict data protection agreements.
Statutory Authorities: Disclosed only when strictly required by applicable Indian law.

We do not monetize, rent, or sell personal data to third parties, nor do we run third-party advertising trackers.

3. Data Retention Windows

Active account data is preserved for the duration of platform registration.
Upon account closure, personal profile information, KYC records, and active credentials are permanently scrubbed. Refer to Delete My Account.
Financial ledgers, payment logs, and tax invoices are retained for 8 years in accordance with Indian statutory requirements.

4. Individual Rights and Redressal

Users possess rights of access, correction, and erasure of personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent. Direct requests can be processed inside the app or by writing to cncsupport@zyvarah.com. Unresolved grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer.

5. Security Standards

Data transmissions are encrypted via modern TLS protocols, sensitive numbers are protected with field-level encryption, and credentials are never recorded in plaintext.
